  • BACKROOMS 2026 Movie Review – Are There A Lot Of Rooms?

Every time I go into a furniture store, I can see all the merchandise in the front perfectly fine, yet I wonder what lies behind the obvious! What could be in the back?! Like, there might be MORE rooms with MORE furniture! Misfortunately, only the elite furniture people are allowed back there. Backrooms is a godsend of a movie that reveals the chrooth of furniture stores and what they are secretly doing in the extra storage areas!

Dis Drawma Kingg is going to actually try to focus on the main attraction for once in this episode —hey is that a squeaky dog toy on the ground? That’s weird, because I don’t recall ever having a dog… I’ll just step over it very easily since it is small…

    TRIP! FLING! BAM!

Owwww, I was just sent flying into the air and through one of the doors of my house. Sure hope that door wasn’t one located in what’s considered the “back”. Something I saw recently created a phobia of rooms based on proximity/orientation. Looking around, nothing is familiar. Brooms, mops, cleaning supplies – all things I have never used in my life.

Commanding myself to my feet, I SLAM through the next door of my house. Surely hope this one ain’t located anywhere in the vicinity of the posterior. There! On the antique table – a comic book. It’s an original copy of Whichever Animal Person #1. I never bought this comic! Who would want a first issue of a comic based on a human-animal character? I do buy a lot of comic books though. Hmmmm… maybe one of them possibly had an idea like that.

Are There A Lot Of Rooms?: Yes, there were quite a lot of rooms in Backrooms!

Final Thoughts: 8.5 ish out of 10 Crowns. Backrooms was a superbly executed film. It was scary, tense, well written, and well directed. Chiwetel Ejiofor absolutely deserves multiple awards as the lead actor. I also enjoyed some of its deeper commentary, which is a rare find in a movie. Well, I guess if we were to consider Backrooms as potentially NON-fiction, that would tell us INTERESTING INFORMATION about what’s really going on in furniture store buildings!

  • OBSESSION 2026 Movie Review – Is It Worth Watching?

Obsession takes route inside all of our minds. If one resolves, we dwell on another. I can think of no better example of such neurotic behavior than this: When I am hungry, I am OBSESSED with food, and when I am thirsty, I am OBSESSED with drink! Fixations can be horrifying as illustrated by the 2026 movie often called Obsession. This is a film not to be overlooked by lovers of scary movies!

SIDETRACK: Seriously, I gotta tell you this story! So there was this coworker of mine that was obs- WAIT A SECOND! I don’t have any coworkers at drawmakingg.com! Okay, I guess I have to make up a different story. So there was this guy I knew from somewhere OR OTHER that was obsessed with Twig Ball Grass Swimming! He just totally liked it.

When I would beg the person I knew from somewhere OR OTHER to consult a doctor, he would ignore me. He would suggest that he liked Twig Ball Grass Swimming just the right amount. One time we were talking over two glasses of water at the club downtown, and he admitted to me that he thought I was the outcast for being into movie reviews, and his obsession with Twig Ball Grass Swimming made him socially normal. Dis Drawma Kingg was appalled at this idea. I even ended up throwing my glass of water in my own face on account of wanting the water. I am sad to say my imaginary friend essentially passed away the moment I conceived him. I still contemplate the conversations we had together.

Is It Worth Watching?: Absolutely (if you are a horror movie fan)! Obsession was genuinely scary and chilling.

Final Thoughts: 8/10 Crowns. Obsession far exceeded my usual expectations when watching a supposedly scary movie. SPOILER: there is one scene at night where the creepy person is just creepin’ in the corner, and it’s terrifying. Other scenes also build all this tension, like you just know something is about to go wrong. Speaking of tension — Dis Drawma Kingg has to go now. I haven’t had any liquids in a while, and I am finding myself obsessed with drink.

  • IS GOD IS 2026 Movie Review – Is It Worth Watching?

Dis Drawma Kingg has been looking forward to this movie ever since I saw the trailer. Is God Is is basically a revenge movie with two twin characters that strongly carry the picture. I wasn’t sure what to think while leaving the movie theater late that night. My only real criticism was that I thought it should have been longer with room for more development in certain areas. Anyways, if my only problem with a movie is that it isn’t long enough, it must be pretty great, right?

Just by looking at each other, the two main characters seemed to be able to communicate.  I was once walking, and I fell into a hole that took me to a parallel universe. In this MOSTLY THE SAME universe, I had a twin. Me and the twin, his name escaping me, also had a sort of instant/psychic communication. I swear EVERY time I wanted some fast food tacos my twin would sense it right away!

Another way my parallel universe sibling and I had a near psychic connection is illustrated by this story:

Parallel Universe Twin: Hey wanna go do some totally sensible stuff that’s not dramatic at all?

Drawma Kingg: Why in the parallel world would I want to do that?!

Parallel Universe Twin: Oh, I see. I think I understand you now.

Drawma Kingg: I find that hard to believe…

As I was about to vertically climb through the tunnel back to my universe, my twin (can’t remember his name) said that he felt my pain psychically when I heard him suggest a non-dramatic activity. But how could he truly have known how that felt to me? Anyways, now I’m back in the real world, and I still can’t remember the experience fully.

Is It Worth Watching?: Yeah, it turned out to be a great sort of thriller flick of varying genre (in a good way).

Final Thoughts: 7.5/10 Crowns. Is God Is is a really well directed film with great acting. I honestly seem to like it more as I continue to think about it. It is a really intense story to get through though! Buckle up, breathe deeply, and go to the fast food tacos grocery store BEFOREHAND so you don’t have to pause the film in the middle!

  • BUGONIA 2025 Movie Review – Ending Explained

Do you believe any conspiracy theories or any of the people that concoct them? If you just consider regular statements (not strange conspiracies), human beings are wrong rather frequently with the things they say. Now, take some building blocks of such statements that form a house. What are the chances of a beautiful house with a solidly built foundation? Bugonia‘s plot is about a man trying to convince his cousin to also believe his conspiracy theory. All of the characters in the movie are not people from real life. I could totally relate to this movie because MY nonexistent cousin once convinced me to believe something painfully ridiculous too!

As a result of my nonexistent cousin lying to me in neverhappenedland, Dis Drawma Kingg did eventually develop a conspiracy theory of my own. If the lights ever go out in Georgia, you might get a really cool song out of it! I would patiently wait… watching the news, listening for any power outage situations. Although I am mostly over any conspiracy mindedness, part of me still hopes for another great song about failing electricity in Georgia.

Back in thee day, I had a short phase of theorizing conspiracies on various subjects. What if those Temple Pilots WEREN’T made of stone? What if Mary’s lamb was big? What if we all merely collectively imagined that Elvis had cool hair? How did the dogs get out? Maybe Roswell wasn’t a UFO crash, but more like a UFO even more together!

Ending Explained: Michelle (Emma Stone) really was an extraterrestrial. Bugonia portrays the conspiracy theorist as happening to be correct in the way he connected the dots this one time.

Final Thoughts: 5/10 Crowns. Bugonia was somewhat interesting to watch for its semi-unique story. The acting was good too. I think a number of issues in the plot, especially near the end, held it back from a higher Crown Rating. One gripping moment happens when a misled Jesse Plemons antifreezes Alicia Silverstone (who is the best character in the movie). OK, “don’t be mean to Alicia” is a flat out rule I expect from all movie characters, so they did strongly convince me that this individual space alien was villainous!
